- 1 large potato (s)
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- some oil
- Herbal quark
- 1 pack shrimp tails

- Coarsely grate the potatoes. Mix with the egg, salt, pepper and the flour. Heat some oil in a pan and add small heaps of the potato mixture to the pan. Fry until golden on both sides.
- In the meantime, prepare the prawn tails in another pan according to the instructions on the packet. Then put a dollop of quark on each potato cookie and put a prawn tail on top. Possibly fix with a toothpick.
