Puff Pastry “Shrimps”

A great addition to a cup of tea or coffee. Puff bagels with condensed milk, sprinkled with sesame, sunflower and flax seeds.

Ingredients

  • Ready-made puff pastry
  • Flour (for rolling out dough)
  • Condensed milk
  • Grain mix (sesame, sunflower, flax)
  • Egg yolk
  • Vegetable oil (to lubricate the leaf)

Directions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry.
  2. Cut into squares, then triangles.
  3. Take condensed milk for lubrication.
  4. We coat each triangle with condensed milk.
  5. And we begin to wrap the triangles in bagels.
  6. Give the shrimp shape.
  7. These are the bagels))
  8. Lubricate with egg yolk.
  9. The final touch is to sprinkle the puff pastry bagels with sesame, flax and sunflower seeds.
  10. Put the puff pastry bagels in the oven.
  11. “Shrimps” are ready for tea !!!
