Puff Potatoes “For all Occasions”

Do you want to diversify your home menu and pleasantly surprise your loved ones? Then cook adorable and incredibly tasty puff potatoes. Fast, tasty, satisfying and aromatic!

Servings: 4-5

Ingredients

  • Potatoes – 600 Grams
  • Chicken fillet – 2 Pieces
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Cheese – 150 Grams
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste (for chicken, for potatoes)
  • Sunflower oil – 20 Milliliters
  • Mayonnaise – 1 Tbsp. the spoon

Directions

  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
  3. Salt the chicken fillet, sprinkle with spices, add mayonnaise.
  4. Stir, cover, set aside.
  5. Cut the onion into rings.
  6. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
  7. Put the potatoes in a bowl, salt, sprinkle with spices.
  8. Add oil, mix well.
  9. Place half of the potatoes in a baking dish.
  10. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes.
  11. Place the onion rings over the chicken.
  12. Then again a layer of potatoes.
  13. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  14. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  15. The dish is ready.
