Peel the pumpkin and turnip and cut into very thin slices.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, and oregano.
Put vegetable slices in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put chopped pumpkin and turnips on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 30 minutes. Then turn the slices over and dry in the oven for another 20 minutes.
