Pumpkin baked with tomato and feta is a healthy and great snack for the whole family!

Ingredients
Pumpkin – 300 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Feta – 100 g
Garlic – 2 cloves
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Prepare products for cooking baked pumpkin with tomato and feta. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Place the pumpkin in a mold. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife. Place the garlic on top of the pumpkin. Crumble the feta cheese and put it in a mold.
Add salt and pepper, but keep in mind that feta itself is salty. Cut the tomato into a semicircle.
Spread the tomato slices on top of the feta, lightly salt, and pour over the tomatoes with olive oil. Send the baked pumpkin with feta and tomato to the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes, until the pumpkin is soft.
