Ingredients
- 500 g quark (40%)
- 120 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 glasses rum (40%, small shot glasses)
- 200 g cream
- 2 glasses sour cherries, drained
- Chocolate shavings

- Put the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and rum in a bowl and stir until foamy. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Layer the drained sour cherries alternately with the cream in a glass bowl. Finally sprinkle some chocolate flakes over the top and serve.
