Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 50 g oat cream cheese
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • salt
  • 30 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the goat cheese, quark, cream, garlic clove and the salted pumpkin seeds roasted in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mix in the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with torn basil and pepper to taste. Save some pumpkin seeds for decoration, also a sprig of basil. Serve with toasted bread slices.
