- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g curd, happened
- some lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt
- White pepper from the mill
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 large pickled cucumber (s), finely chopped

- Heat the butter, toast the flour in it for a short time, pour in the milk, add the quark and leave on the stove, stirring constantly, without letting it boil. Mix in the chives, onions and pickles, season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and let steep in the refrigerator.
