  • 250 g cream quark
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • some lemon peel, grated
  • Clarified butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Beat the quark, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and lemon zest well, finally add the flour and baking powder.
  2. Put small heaps in hot butter fat with a tablespoon and bake until golden.
  3. The quark tips must be baked out floating.
