Ingredients

  • 500 g whole wheat flour
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 130 g salad kernel mix (salad kernels mix)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 ½ pack dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. First mix whole wheat flour with lettuce mix, salt and dry yeast. Then add the water with the vinegar and mix the dough well so that it becomes a sticky mass. If you don`t have a food processor, all you need to do is mix the dough with a spoon, as it will be quite sticky.
  2. While greasing the loaf pan (my loaf pan is 25 cm), let the dough rise for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then bake the bread in a non-preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes.
  4. The bread should cool down well before it is cut, otherwise it will fall apart a little. It`s great to cut when it`s cold.
  5. The workload is less than 10 minutes and the preparation is really very easy.
  6. With 23 slices, one slice has 97 Kcal.
