  • 500 g spaetzle from the refrierated shelf
  • 3 slices meat loaf
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella or other cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice (s) your choice

Instructions

  1. Fry the spaetzle in the pan according to the instructions on the packet, dice the meat loaf and fry with it (brown to taste). Deglaze with the cream, season to taste and simmer.
  2. Dice the tomatoes and fold in, cut the mozzarella into slices and place on top to bake the whole thing a little more (preferably with a lid).
