Ingredients
- 400 g carrot (s)
- 400 g flour
- 180 g suar
- 200 ml vegetable oil, neutral
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 packet tartar baking powder
- 1 lemon (s), organic, juice and zest
- cake icing, (lemon or chocolate icing)

- Finely grate the carrots and lemon zest and mix together with the lemon juice and oil. Mix the dry ingredients and knead into the liquid dough. Put the dough in a greased cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Cover with glaze if you like.
