- 200 g date (s), pitted and finely chopped
- 200 ml milk, hot
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 80 g butter
- 150 g suar, brown
- 2 egg (s)
- 180 g flour
- 0.5 bag ½ baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Bring the milk to the boil, then add the dates and baking soda, stir briefly and let the dates soak for about 15 minutes, then puree.
