Quick Dessert “Crimson Clouds”

If guests are on the doorstep, and there is nothing to serve for tea, prepare a quick dessert “Raspberry Clouds” – whipped proteins with sugar and raspberries. Everyone will love this dessert: sweet, airy and beautiful.

Ingredients
- Frozen raspberries – 300 Grams
- Protein – 2 Pieces
- Sugar – 4 Tbsp. spoons
Directions
- Kill the frozen raspberries with a blender until they become icy. Transfer it to a bowl, add egg whites and sugar, whisk
- Begin whisking at a low speed, gradually adding speed. Beat the mass for 4-5 minutes so that it brightens and thickens.
- Serve the dessert immediately, garnish with fruit and mint.
