  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 fish fillet (s), firm, e.g. pangasius, monkfish, salmon or similar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some cream cheese
  • Herbs
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots and onions. Finely dice the onions, coarsely grate the carrots. Wash the fish fillets and pat dry. Then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Roast the onion cubes and grated carrots in oil until golden brown. Add the fish cubes in portions and roast them too. Pepper and salt, then deglaze with the sour cream. Season with a little cream cheese and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
  3. This goes well with (whole grain) noodles. Children like fish too.
