  • 1 package gnocchi (refrigerated shelf)
  • 400 ml Bolognese sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • 100 g rated cheese

Instructions

  1. Make a Bolognese sauce if you like - a simple tomato sauce is also possible, of course.
  2. Boil the gnocchi briefly in salted water until they float on the surface (but you can also cook them without cooking).
  3. Mix the Bolognese sauce with the sour cream and cream.
  4. Put the gnocchi in a baking dish, pour the Bolognese sauce over it and finally sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
  5. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
  6. Super simple, tasty and cheap.
