- 500 g low-fat quark
- 150 g yourt, (vanilla yourt), more probiotic
- 2 small can Mandarine (s)
- 2 banana (s)
- 250 g Cremefine, (vanilla), for whippin

- Beat in the cremefine, add the quark, stir in the drained mandarins and yogurt, add sliced bananas. Mix everything together.
- Tips:
- You can vary a lot with the quark dish. Tinned cocktail fruits are possible, as well as fresh strawberries or blueberries. Simply according to your taste. If you are not a vanilla fan, you can choose Cremefine for whipping with a neutral taste and B. a suitable fruit yogurt.
