Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 100 g bacon, leaner
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 150 g meat sausae
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 300 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, green, pickled
  • 0.5 liter ½ wine, white, dry
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 12 olives, green, filled with paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes like the bacon. Clean, wash and cut the peppers. Peel the meat sausage and cut into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Lightly roast the rice in it while stirring. Fry the onion and bacon cubes in it for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the oil. Mix in the paprika, sausage, tomato paste and green pepper with the wine and bring everything to a boil. Salt, pepper and cover the rice and let it soak over a gentle heat for about 20 minutes. Halve the olives and add 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
  2. Tip: Replace 1 bell pepper with 1-2 small zucchini divided into pens. Instead of the meat sausage, you can also use mortadella, and if you like it even more spicy, you can cook sliced kabanossi or chorizo in a rice pan.
