Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:

  • 300 g flour, for the douh
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 130 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g mararine

For painting:

  • 1 jar jam, (raspberry jam)

For the sprinkles:

  • 100 g mararine
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g hazelnuts, round

Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and margarine and roll out to the size of a baking sheet. Line the baking sheet with baking foil and place the dough on it. Spread the raspberry jam on top. Then use the remaining ingredients to make nut crumbles and spread on top of the jam.
  2. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 ° C. Let cool after baking and cut into triangles of any size.
