Ingredients

  • 1 glass morello cherries, (drained weight 350 g)
  • 40 g almond (s), chopped or sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

For the dough:

  • 240 g spelled flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 80 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 150 g yourt
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Allow the morello cherries to drain off, collecting some of the water that has dripped off. Mix the 2 tablespoons of sugar with about 5 tablespoons of drained water and set aside.
