Ravioli in the Oven

Fans of Italian cuisine will attest that ravioli is one of their favorite hot dishes. Pasta with a filling right away … what could be better? Let’s make an interesting variation out of them!

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
  • Dried Basil – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 Teaspoons
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Spinach – 1 Bunch
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Parmesan – 50 Grams
  • Breadcrumbs – 180 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper – 0.5 pieces
  • Milk – 360 Milliliters
  • Frozen ravioli with cheese – 360 Grams
  • Frozen peas – 50 grams
  • Bacon – 2 Slices

Directions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil by adding flour to it. Stir the mixture quickly for a couple of minutes.
  2. Then pour in the milk and add the egg. Stir the mixture constantly.
  3. After 1 minute, add the spinach. Mix everything again.
  4. Then add peas, ravioli, thinly sliced ​​peppers, basil, bacon and salt to the pan. Bring ingredients to a boil and simmer for 13 minutes. Add the grated cheese at the end.
  5. Transfer the resulting mixture to a baking dish. Cover it with breadcrumbs on top.
  6. Bake the dish for 10-15 minutes until golden brown in the oven at 180 degrees.
