Heart-shaped ravioli with shrimps and creamy sauce.

Ingredients
Flour – 90 g
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Shrimps 16/20 – 5 pcs.
Onions – 10 g
Tabasco sauce – 2 drops
Lime zest – 1/3 teaspoon
Garlic – 1 clove
Gorgonzola cheese – 10 g
For the cream sauce:
Cream 25% – 60 g
Gorgonzola cheese – 10 g
Directions
We make dough from flour and eggs, remembering to add salt. Knead well and wrap in plastic wrap. We leave for 40 minutes.
We clean the shrimp from the shell, remove the intestinal vein, chop with a knife. Put the shrimp in a bowl, add finely chopped garlic, Tabasco sauce, lime zest, finely chopped onion, a little salt, a little chopped parsley.
Divide the dough into two parts. We roll them into long strips, at least 5 cm wide.
On one part of the dough, put pieces of cheese, minced shrimp, cover with the other half of the dough, cut out with a ravioli shape.
Send the shrimp ravioli to simmer for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Fry two shrimps in a skillet, add mussels on the flap, pour the cream, and add cheese. Bring to thickening over low heat.
I decorated the plate with thin strips of iceberg lettuce. Put our “hearty” ravioli in a circle on a plate, pour over the sauce, put mussels and shrimps in the center of the plate.
