Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee, black
  • 1 piece (s) sugar (lump sugar)
  • 2 cl brandy (Aspach)
  • Whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Flambé variant:
  2. Heat the Aspach in a flambé pot. Then hold the pot at an angle to the flame so that the alcohol ignites. Pour the Aspach into a cup with lump sugar. Stir the sugar quickly. Pour coffee on top and put a cherry on top. Decorate with chocolate flakes.
  3. Alternative variant:
  4. Heat the Aspach in a small pot on the stove. As soon as the Aspach is hot, ignite the alcohol with a long (!!!) match. Further procedure as above.
