Instructions

  1. The recipe is intended for a greased loaf pan.
  2. First mix the dry ingredients, then add the eggs and fat. I melt the butter or margarine in a mug in the microwave beforehand so it mixes better. The dough is quite runny and easy to fill into the mold.
