  • 1 glass red cabbage

  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook time: 20 minutes
  2. Total time: 25 minutes
  3. Leave out the bacon, deglaze with red wine and add sugar. Must caramelize slightly, then add onion, red cabbage, apple, cloves and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Let everything simmer nicely.
