Ingredients
For the dough:
- 125 g butter, or mararine
- 2 egg (s)
- 125 g suar
- 1 pinch vanilla pulp
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
For the cream:
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch vanilla, ground
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Also:
- 2 large apples, (e.g. Boskop)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon walnuts
- 4 teaspoons jam (cranberries or plums)
For decoration:
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Recipe for a springform pan with a diameter of 20 cm.
- First make the batter: mix together margarine, eggs, sugar and vanilla pulp. Mix the flour and baking powder. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Then pour the batter into a tall, greased baking pan and distribute it.
- For the cheese cream, mix crème fraîche with egg yolk, vanilla and sugar and stir in the starch.
- Now peel and cut the apples. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Roll the apples in it and place them in the batter in the cake pan.
- Fill the apples with nuts and jam.
- Now cover with the cheesecake mixture.
- Put the fan in the oven at 160 ° C and bake for 75 minutes (do a cooking test).
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
