Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • Apples, halved, peeled and pitted
  • 750 g cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla

Instructions

  1. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  2. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, 100 g sugar, butter, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Roll out the dough and place in the prepared springform pan (line some of the edge with it).
  3. Place the prepared apples on the batter.
  4. Cook a vanilla pudding from the remaining ingredients and immediately pour it over the apples while still hot.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes (hot air approx. 160 degrees)
