Ingredients

  • 1 kg roast turkey, leg or breast
  • 2 apples, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 2 vegetable onions, peeled and diced
  • 0.25 liter ¼ poultry stock
  • 0.25 liter ¼ apple juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely diced
  • Marjoram, rubbed
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil, neutral

Instructions

  1. Sear the meat in a little oil, remove it.
  2. Brown the apples and onions in the roast with the garlic, pour over the broth and apple juice. Add the marjoram, put the meat back in and stew it until done.
  3. When the meat is done, remove it and strain the sauce through a sieve or mix it up with a magic wand.
  4. Goes well with red cabbage and mashed potatoes or ribbon noodles.
