  • Rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas, rinse them briefly and pat dry. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast for approx. 30 minutes at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Shake the baking sheet every 10 minutes to prevent the chickpeas from burning.
  2. In the meantime, make a spice mixture from the spices. When the outside is nice and crispy, take the chickpeas out of the oven, moisten them with a little oil, turn them in the spice mixture and let them cool down.
  3. The roasted chickpeas are a delicious and healthy substitute for chips or the like. The spice mixture can be varied according to taste.
