Rolls of Egg Pancakes With Rice and Cucumber

Those who have cooked rolls on their own at least once know what a laborious process this is. And sometimes it happens that the right ingredients are not always at hand. We suggest you make simple rolls of egg pancakes with rice and cucumber. They are in no way inferior in taste to real “Japanese” ones.

Ingredients

  • For egg pancakes:
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • For filling:
  • Fresh cucumber – 50 g
  • Rice – 1.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Preparing the necessary ingredients for egg rolls with rice and cucumber. First of all, boil rice in salted water. Then we rinse it under cold water, throwing it back on a sieve.
  2. How to make egg rolls with rice and cucumber: Prepare egg rolls for rolls. We break chicken eggs into a bowl.
  3. Salt the eggs.
  4. Add flour to the eggs.
  5. Next, we introduce mayonnaise.
  6. Beat the ingredients for the egg pancake with a whisk (or even better with a mixer).
  7. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour out the egg mass. We bake an egg pancake on both sides.
  8. Preparing the filling. The rice is ready, and cut the cucumber into long strips.
  9. We spread the resulting pancake on a plate.
  10. Put rice on the edges of the pancake.
  11. Put cucumber straws on the rice.
  12. We carefully fold the pancake in the form of a roll.
  13. We cut our resulting roll into even parts – rolls. If the filling remains, bake more egg roll pancakes.
  14. Egg rolls with rice and cucumber are ready!
