  • 1 head Romanesco
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, possibly a little more
  • some sea salt

Instructions

  1. Divide a sheet of parchment paper into 4 equal pieces. Cut the romanesco into florets. Now distribute the romanesco over the 4 pieces of parchment paper. Pour olive oil and sea salt over it.
  2. Seal the baking papers. Cook in the oven at 200 ° C with top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Goes well with veggie patties, grilled cheese or baked potatoes. Also good with many meat dishes, also good as a grill side with steak and Co.
