- 1 head Romanesco
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, possibly a little more
- some sea salt

- Divide a sheet of parchment paper into 4 equal pieces. Cut the romanesco into florets. Now distribute the romanesco over the 4 pieces of parchment paper. Pour olive oil and sea salt over it.
- Seal the baking papers. Cook in the oven at 200 ° C with top / bottom heat for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
- Goes well with veggie patties, grilled cheese or baked potatoes. Also good with many meat dishes, also good as a grill side with steak and Co.
