Romanian Chicken Liver Shot

A fraction is a fairly simple chicken liver snack to make. Such a dish will look beautiful on a festive table and can be a great addition to lunch or dinner. This is a recipe from the “tasty, simple, satisfying” section.

Ingredients

  • Boiled chicken liver – 1 kg
  • Boiled eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Raw eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Starch – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 200 g
  • Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary ingredients for making a chicken liver snack.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
  3. Cut the boiled eggs into large pieces.
  4. Cut the boiled chicken liver into large pieces.
  5. Grind the greens.
  6. Combine chopped ingredients, salt, pepper, and add starch. We mix.
  7. Prepare the dough: combine sour cream with raw eggs, salt, add soda, and flour. Stir until smooth. Put the chopped ingredients into the dough, mix thoroughly.
  8. We spread the resulting mass in a baking dish and send it to bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve chicken liver shot cold. I recommend serving this dish with your favorite sauce, then it will be even tastier and juicier.
