  • Boiled pork (sliced)
  • Spicy pork (sliced)
  • Cooked-smoked neck (slicing)
  • Ham (sliced)
  • For decoration:
  • Black olives
  • Curly parsley
  • Boiled eggs
  • Fresh carrots
  • Sweet pepper yellow
  • Carnation

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the Rooster’s Tail New Years snack.
  2. From an egg, two slices of carrots and cloves, make our cock. Lay out the shape of the bird’s tail from the longest pieces of meat.
  3. Dilute the monochrome tail with pieces of smoked ham of a different, contrasting color.
  4. With thinly sliced ​​salami, line the colored spots on the rooster’s tail.
  5. Decorate the clearing with curly parsley and the rooster’s tail with olive rings and slices of sweet pepper.
  6. For the second rooster, line up the pork, collar and ham tail, tucking them through one for contrast.
  7. Decorate the second cock in the same way as the first.
  8. New Year’s snack – “Rooster’s tail” cold cuts – ready! We ended up with two rooster friends with beautiful bright tails.
