Ingredients

  • 150 g cheese (Roquefort)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Mug salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • possibly cress

Instructions

  1. Mash the Roquefort with a fork. Mix with cream cheese, creme fraiche and cream until smooth.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and garlic and stir into the cream. Salt and pepper. If you want, you can garnish with cress.
