Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 5 g flowers (rose petals), dried
  • 2 tablespoon orange peel
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Finely grind the rose petals in a blender with the sugar and orange peel and stir into the softened butter with the lemon juice. The butter should be soft.
  2. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve with sweet bread.
  3. To make the butter spreadable, take it out of the fridge an hour before serving!
