Ingredients

  • 180 g rump steak (s)
  • 50 g sheep cheese
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 cl wine, white, dry
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bend the rump steak into a circle and secure with a toothpick. Clean the mushrooms and peel the shallot. Then cut the mushrooms and shallot into cubes and the spring onions into small slices. Fry the mushroom cubes in hot butter, after a short time add the shallot and finally the spring onions. Then season with salt and pepper, pour in the white wine and crumble the cheese over the mushrooms. Let everything continue to simmer, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted. Now set aside the mushroom and cheese mixture and fry the salted and peppered steak in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side. Then spread the mushroom and cheese mixture on the steak and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
