Salad “Unusual Tenderness”

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Rice – 5 tbsp
  • Chicken eggs – 6 pcs.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 250 g
  • Parsley to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare products for the “Unusual Tenderness” salad. Carrots can be boiled, or you can add raw to the salad. Here to taste.
  2. Wash the chicken breast, cover with cold water, salt, add bay leaves and peppercorns. Boil until tender, 30-35 minutes.
  3. Pour chicken eggs with cold water. Boil hard, cool and peel. Grate 4 eggs on a fine grater. Leave 2 eggs for decoration.
  4. Rinse the rice, add cold water. Boil until tender, 15-20 minutes.
  5. Place the cooked rice in a colander. Rinse. Let the water drain.
  6. Peel the garlic. Crush in a garlic.
  7. Mix mayonnaise with garlic. Mix well.
  8. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Lay the “Unusual Tenderness” salad in layers. Arrange the chicken fillet in the first layer.
  9. Salt. Brush with prepared mayonnaise.
  10. Put rice in the second layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  11. Lay out a layer of chicken eggs.
  12. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  13. Peel and grate the carrots. Put in the next layer, brush with mayonnaise.
  14. Grate hard cheese.
  15. Lay out a layer of cheese, brush with mayonnaise.
  16. Cut the remaining 2 eggs in half. Grate the yolks on a fine grater, sprinkle on a layer of cheese. Make lily of the valley flowers from proteins. From parsley – stem and leaves. The “Unusual Tenderness” salad is ready.
