Sandwich with Bacon, Pork, Avocado and Alfalfa

Delicious and quick sandwich – great breakfast!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Bacon – 8 slices (250g)
  • Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
  • Green onions (finely chopped) – 4 pcs.
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Bread slices for toast (lightly toasted) – 12 pcs.
  • Pork (fried, thinly sliced) – 400 g
  • Alfalfa – 1 glass
  • Avocado (peeled and cut into thin slices) – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese (thin slices) – 8 pcs. (120 g)
  • Skewers – 4 pieces

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly fry the bacon for 6-10 minutes. Place on a paper towel. Mix mayonnaise and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease each slice of bread on one side with mayonnaise mixture. Place 4 slices of meat on the first slice of bread, then 4 slices of avocado. Then the second slice of bread. Put on it alternately alfalfa, 4 slices of bacon, and 4 slices of cheese. Cover with the remaining slice of bread. Fasten the sandwich with 2 toothpicks and cut it in half. Do the same with the rest of the products.
