Sandwiches with Capelin Caviar

Do you want something salty? Make capelin caviar sandwiches.

Ingredients

For caviar:

  • Capelin caviar – 300 g
  • Salt – 1.5-2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Lemon or lime juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
  • For the spicy oil:
  • Butter – 100 g
  • Parsley – 15 g
  • Garlic – 2 teeth
  • Salt – 1 chips.
  • For sandwiches:
  • Bread

Directions

  1. Defrost caviar, rinse, throwing back on a sieve.
  2. Add salt.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Squeeze out lemon or lime juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Top with vegetable oil.
  6. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Finely chop the greens.
  8. Add softened butter.
  9. Squeeze out the peeled garlic, add a little salt. Mix everything.
  10. Slice the sandwich bread.
  11. Lubricate it with savory oil.
  12. Top with caviar and enjoy. And here are the ready-made sandwiches with capelin caviar.
