Sandwiches with Capelin Caviar

Do you want something salty? Make capelin caviar sandwiches.
Ingredients
For caviar:
- Capelin caviar – 300 g
- Salt – 1.5-2 teaspoon
- Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
- Lemon or lime juice – 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
- For the spicy oil:
- Butter – 100 g
- Parsley – 15 g
- Garlic – 2 teeth
- Salt – 1 chips.
- For sandwiches:
- Bread
Directions
- Defrost caviar, rinse, throwing back on a sieve.
- Add salt.
- Add sugar.
- Squeeze out lemon or lime juice. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Top with vegetable oil.
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Add softened butter.
- Squeeze out the peeled garlic, add a little salt. Mix everything.
- Slice the sandwich bread.
- Lubricate it with savory oil.
