Sandwiches with Lightly Salted Sprat, Fresh Cucumber and Pickled Onions

A very interesting flavor combination – slightly salted fish, fresh cucumber, and sour pickled onion. Try it!

- Prepare food.
I cleaned the sprat in advance (removed the heads, tails, and ridges).
- Cut the onion into thin half-rings.
- Pour salt and sugar on the onion, pour in the vinegar. Stir and set aside.
- Divide each fish into 2 fillets.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.
- Spread the bread with mayonnaise.
- Put cucumber slices on bread with mayonnaise.
- Distribute the fish on top.
- Then pickled onions.
Sandwiches with lightly salted sprat, fresh cucumber, and pickled onions are ready.
