Ingredients

  • 250 g potato (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 120 ml milk
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water and then pound them finely. Add flour and milk and mix. Put the dough in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and 1 teaspoon of sugar and pour into the dough cavity. Cover with flour and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. Finely dice the garlic and onions and sauté in olive oil. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oregano.
  3. Knead the dough and let rise for another 20 minutes. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and brush with the tomato sauce. Beat the egg and spread it over the entire dough. Crumble the cheese and pour over the pizza. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
