Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 2 onions)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 small can Sauerkraut (wine)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi as usual and then drain.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the onions and dice the bacon.
  3. Let the oil heat up in a wok or large saucepan. Add the onion and bacon and sauté until the onions are translucent. Add the gnocchi and sauerkraut. Then stir in the cheese.
  4. When the cheese pulls nice strings, it is ready to serve.
