  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 100 g smoked bellies or ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Heat the margarine in a saucepan and briefly sweat the bacon cubes. Add the onion cubes and heat until they are slightly translucent.
  2. Put the sauerkraut in the pot and heat it up. Add the spices and honey and let it steep for a moment.
