Ingredients

  • 480 g tartare
  • 250 g onion (s)
  • 4 teaspoons oil
  • 500 g sauerkraut
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 150 g sour cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in the oil with the tartare, add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste and bring to the boil. Add the drained sauerkraut, stir well, season with salt, pepper and add garlic.
  2. Simmer everything for 10-15 minutes until the sauerkraut has boiled down a little. Possibly add water and season.
  3. Finally stir in the sour cream.
  4. Tastes good with mashed potatoes or baguette (charge extra!)
