Ingredients

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 1 potato (s), finely diced
  • 1 onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt, possibly curing salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped marjoram, rubbed
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • some Maggi, optional
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the potato cubes in a little salted water. Sweat the onion cubes in butter until translucent. Let both cool down a bit.
  2. Knead the remaining ingredients in a bowl until the mixture becomes sticky, then mix in the potato and onion cubes.
  3. Form meatballs from the mixture and fry them in butter over a gentle heat.
