Sausages in Puff Pastry

A simple recipe for sausages in puff pastry (purchased). But for the New Year 2018 of the Dog, a hot dog becomes a festive dish πŸ™‚

Ingredients

  • Ready-made puff pastry (purchased) – 500 g
  • Sausages – 9 pcs.
  • Yolk 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet
  • Butter for coating finished products
  • Flour for sprinkling the table

Directions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into strips 2-2.5 cm wide.
  2. Cut the sausages in half and wrap each half in a strip of dough, moving diagonally.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put our sausages in the dough on them.
  4. Lubricate the sausages in puff pastry on all sides with yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Bake sausages in puff pastry in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Then take it out and grease with butter.
