  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Bulb onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 Chicken eggs
  • 6-7 tablespoons Whole grain wheat flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • Salt, pepper
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • Fresh or dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Onion rings, pass the garlic through a press.
  2. Mix flour and eggs, pour in milk, add grated Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste. The dough should be liquid enough.
  3. Add zucchini, onion and garlic to the dough. Mix. Put in a mold in a layer up to 2 cm. Sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° for 25-30 minutes.
