Ingredients

  • 6 rolls, stale
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk, hot
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 150 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 40 g butter
  • 5 egg (s), including the yolk

Instructions

  1. Cut the rolls into 2 cm cubes. Pour hot milk over them in a bowl. Chop the parsley, finely chop the chives and stir into the rolls with flaky butter and egg yolk. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
