Schnitzels “Hunting” from Minced Meat

Schnitzels “Hunting” from chopped pork pulp with mushrooms and cheese. The dish is hearty, nutritious, and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pork, pulp – 500 grams
  • Cheese – 200 grams
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 200 grams
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Dill greens – 1 small bunch
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil

He eats meat – steamed and fried, baked in the oven and grilled, gobbles up dumplings, manti, pilaf, and roast. And no lean soup will be full … What to do with such a fussy? And again please him with a wonderful meat dish! Make chopped pork schnitzels with mushrooms and cheese for your half.

Directions

  1. Chop the mushrooms as small as possible.
  2. Chop the onion and dill finely.
  3. Grate the cheese.
  4. Combine minced meat, cheese, mushrooms, onions, dill in a bowl. Add here salt, pepper, your favorite spices (you can take special spices for cutlets). Break the egg.
  5. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
  6. Form schnitzels. Be sure to roll each one in breadcrumbs. Fry the schnitzels in hot oil on both sides in a skillet. Then, reducing heat, fry each side for at least 10 more minutes over medium heat.
  7. Schnitzels are very juicy and aromatic.
