Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 125 g suar
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg (s), size M
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Also:

  • 1 egg (s) for brushing

Instructions

  1. For the dough, knead all the ingredients with the mixer.
  2. Now shape 8 balls out of the dough with your hands and distribute them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk one egg and use it to brush the balls.
  3. Bake at 175 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
